Little Yogi Day: Mindful Movement is a joyful, grounding experience created especially for children. This nurturing event introduces young participants to mindful movement, gentle breathwork, emotional awareness, and playful exploration.
Designed to support confidence, self-regulation, and inner calm, Little Yogi Day offers a safe and loving environment where children can move freely, express themselves, and build tools for lifelong wellness.
